ALBA ProjectManagement Romania was established in 2004 as a 99% subsidiary of the German ALBA BauProjektManagement Ltd. based in Munich. ALBA Romania was able to prove its capabilities in a number of projects of various dimensions. We have been and still are managing investments totaling more than 435 million Euros, ranging from discount stores to multifunctional office, retail and residential projects.

ALBA's services apart from Project Management include Project Development, Project Controlling, Value Engineering, Health & Safety Coordination, Due Diligence and Green Building Consultancy ensuring sustainable constructions.

The engineering office CAE was established in 2007 in Bucharest, in order to integrate innovative Western Europe energy saving concepts, to generate a strong point of sale during a period of rapid growth in the property market in Romania.

The founder and owner of the company, Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Holger König is working in this field since 15 years, owns a successful engineering-company in Munich and was able to work out a very good reputation in planning of "new constructions" as well as in "renovating of old buildings".

Hidrotek International, the sole Jacuzzi representative, world leader in hydro massage bathtubs, launched in may, the biggest showroom in Romania, dedicated to the Jacuzzi brand, presenting within its 600 sqm the latest collections of hydro massage bathtubs, cabins and shower hydro columns as well as its mini pools gamma.

Pazo Grup SRL
Pazo Grup is the certificated dealer in Romania of the group Marazzi - group involving 11 brands of ceramic and the sanitary ware Hatria - all divisions of Marazzi, and it's the only one in Eastern Europe with access to all these brands.

Pazo Grup became, in six years from its establishment, the largest importer in Eastern and Central Europe of Marazzi whetstone and gritstone making it global leader in this domain. Presently, the companies that are part of the Pazo Group are: Hidrotek - Jacuzzi representative in Romania and Terraform - the largest company in Romania that deals with assembling for all types of floors.
