In the first semester of 2010, the offices buildings market will be dominated by the preference of surfaces and projects of small dimensions, as well as a growth of decentralization of the offices locations from the central and north area to peripheral ones.
It will be a year of mutal research and adaptation client-developer: the renegociation process of contracts will continue, pre-rental will be replaced by rental with predilection in finalized or in course of finalization projects.
The rental decision will be influenced, mostly by the additional services packages offered when renting and by the development intentions, relocating tenants or potential clients.
