Assist the Owner in the procedure of taking over the building from the Building Contractor.
Assist the Owner in the procedure of handing over the building by Tenants.
Assist the Owner in the procedures for the procurement of the operation permits for the building by solving the administrative aspects that include the relations with the Town Hall, various authorities, the preparation of the files, the procurement of various documents such as standard formalities, etc.
Management of Tenants' contracts - negotiations, consultancy, reconcilements, drawing-up of covenants, addenda, etc.
Management of Tenants' claims - consultancy/reconcilements/amendments of agreements; the solution of complaints related to the leased premises.
Management of the performance services contracts with specialized companies (electricity, water, sewage, gas, garbage, etc.).
Management of all legal visas needed for the operation of the building.
Management of all technical books and documents, according to the laws in force.
Reporting to the Owner regarding the actual status of the building and installations.
Bookkeeping activities.
Consultancy for all range of insurances (assets, buildings, vehicles, travels, etc ) through specialized companies.
