Cohispania Consulting is based on a professional team, with a vast experience in property valuation, market studies, finance and administration, forming a network of over 50 expert valuators, thus ensuring the national coverage, professionalism, agility and quality of our services.
The company is based on knowledge gained in over 20 years of property valuation on the Spanish market by our head company Cohispania SA, which belongs to the same group of investment, with more than 500 jobs for employees and collaborators, an annual turnover of over 10 million Euros and a total of over 250,000 assessment reports issued annually.
The company is active in each of Romania's counties, acting in accordance with International Valuation Rules (IVSC).
Cohispania Consulting has a network of over 50 expert contributors evaluators, as a prerequisite of our status as ANEVAR members. Through this network of collaborators we can provide national coverage to achieve the required works, thus allowing us to respond in real time and at a high quality level, considering our experts' local market knowledge.
